The entire preconditioning and aeration process is automatically controlled by an industrial PC combined with a Siemens PLC. Heating is achieved via steam or a hot water tank, with temperature rise accomplished through a heat exchange system coupled with forced air circulation. The system offers advantages such as rapid temperature rise, excellent temperature uniformity, and a clean interior environment.Key parameters including chamber temperature, start/stop timing of the circulating water pump and circulation fan,equipment operation duration, and recording intervals can be user-defined as required. The entire process is automatically logged and archived by the computer system, allowing for on-demand retrieval, viewing.and printing.Multi-level user access with password management ensures secure and role-appropriate operation, accommodating the management and operational needs of personnel at different levels
